Janis E. Hawk, associate attorney, joined Chestnut Law Offices in November 2003 after receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2003.  During law school, Ms. Hawk held a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge James A. Parker of the United States Disctrict Court for the District of New Mexcio.  Prior to law school, Ms. Hawk worked as a pediatric nurse for ten years.
